Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a great stay at the Residence Inn. The rooms were spacious and clean, just like a small efficiency apartment, which I really liked. The staff was exceptionally nice and went out of their way to ensure everything was well stocked and that I had everything I needed. The location was perfect - close enough to River Street for convenience but far enough for a quiet stay. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel, making dining really convenient.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and had a bad odor, but they were super clean and had everything we needed and more. The service, despite Sandra Norman seeming irritated at times, was wonderful, with friendly and accommodating staff offering great amenities like free alcohol and dinner. The location was very nice, perfect for exploring Savannah, although a bit noisy due to the adjacent BBQ area. The dining experience was good, especially the free alcohol and dinner social hour, and the facilities were well-kept.
My stay at the Residence Inn was just what I needed for a work project that required lots of quiet focus time. The rooms were clean and very spacious, offering the ideal environment for my needs. However, the noise from the traffic on the road was a bit of a downside.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The spacious rooms with a small kitchenette were convenient, but being on the first floor made it easier for bugs to get inside. The service was accessible to shopping and dining, but there was a noticeable lack of Customer Etiquette Training among the staff. The location was great for exploring downtown and the beach, yet exiting was a bit challenging due to loose door moldings. The dining experience offered a sunny, renovated area, but the school lunch bag style was disappointing. Overall, some positives and negatives to consider.
My stay at the hotel was up to the usual Residence Inn quality. The room was spacious and had nice decor, but it was too noisy from the traffic on the road. The location was perfect for traveling to Savannah sightseeing and activities, although it is very narrow and tight.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms felt like a small efficiency apartment with everything I needed, spacious, and nicely decorated. The service was unbelievable, with the staff going out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. The location was great for exploring all attractions, and the dining experience was delicious. Overall, it was a memorable experience with some minor drawbacks.
